"Lines were super long at check in. My room wasn’t ready and they gave me an “upgrade “ which o am pretty sure was smaller than the one I was supposed to have. The remote didn’t work. We tuned the tv on and then it stuck on public broadcasting. We had to watch opera and high school quiz bowl for 2 hours before someone would come bring us a new remote. Room was clean and location was good. "

"The stay was perfect except the sound insulation was terribly bad. We could hear the neighbours talking loudly from our room and in the corridor day and night. The bathroom shower faucet caused noise when it was turned on and off. I thought my neighbour rooms could know when who were taking shower. "

"This hotel was very clean and location was great, with walking distance to clifton hill. The thing that stuck out the most, was the staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Samantha at the front desk was incredible and remembered us by our name on our way out. Thank you Samantha for making our stay a 5 star rating. We will definitely stay here again because of you 😊"

"Clean room, spacious, 2 queen beds, sofa , 2 TVs and 2 desks and a table, with balcony city view , it was amazing experience. Friendly staff , easy access to everything , clean pool and hot tub, perfect location, less than 10 minutes walk to the falls, right in the center of the fun street. Myself and the kids enjoyed the stay, definitely worth it "

"This hotel was top notch with regards to cleanliness. The room we stayed in (410) had a beautifully renovated washroom/granite walk in shower with a rain shower head. Absolutely lovely! The beds and pillows were comfortable. The robes provided in the room were thick and cozy. They have a safe inside the room for valuable items. The floor was quiet and therefore the guests are respectful of the quiet (11pm to 7am) policy. The grounds were well kept. The staff were welcoming, very friendly, and provided excellent customer service. The spa was fabulous and is highly recommended for those looking to enhance their rest and relaxation experience. "
