    Great staff!! At the front desk and in the breakfast!! Very clean and hot food!! Thanks Noemi for giving the extra mile and making our mornings like feeling home ;) I will return to this hotel!! Great location , bus station within walking distance and short ride to port authority. Have food and theater just a couple steps from the hotel!! Price is affordable and service is excellent!! Nice TEAM!

    The front desk charged my card without printing or sending a receipt for my charges. Parking is $25 and I was confused as to how to get in and out of the garage with no direction. The bathroom in the room is dirty and the bar staff at the restaurant in the lobby was very rude.
