Pros: Big room, enjoyed the view, nice staff. Cons: One elevator broken the entire stay, there was a half-inch gap between the front door and the floor, sound proofing was not great, vending area had no machines

Great staff!! At the front desk and in the breakfast!! Very clean and hot food!! Thanks Noemi for giving the extra mile and making our mornings like feeling home ;) I will return to this hotel!! Great location , bus station within walking distance and short ride to port authority. Have food and theater just a couple steps from the hotel!! Price is affordable and service is excellent!! Nice TEAM!
