"It's the ONLY way to truly experience Jasper"
I accidentally bumped into this place and I'm so glad I did. None of the travel sites does enough justice to this place. It is literally on Lake Pyramid which is like your own private lake with on site facilities for boat rentals. The suites themselves are very good with own kitchenette . You wake up every morning to see the beautiful lake and mountains. Downtown Jasper is just 2-3 miles drive which is also beautiful along lake Patricia . I would HIGHLY recommend this place to truly experience Jasper and this coming from someone who travels a lot and is very picky about hotels/ resorts

"Good location, nice hotel"
Parking was offered only until capacity is reach, we though to have parking free included, but we didn't. I booked through Expedia, i forgot to include my baby of 2 years. When i reached the hotel the night prior to check in, i was told that my reservation was not going to be processed, because i did not declare my baby even though we have our self small portable bed for her. The guy made me to be afraid to lose my night the following day (while full jasper was full booked already). I called Expedia, they added the comment of my child without problems. I was very stressed in the meantime, i thought the hotel was not going to let me check in as the night guy told me because of that. I understand if kids are bigger and you forget to declare them there will be an issue, but mine was only 2 years, i did not expect to have any problem.

"Hard to find hotels in Jasper during tourist summe"
Can't really complain about the noise on the streets as that is EVERYWHERE in Jasper. But the beds were so comfy and the room was clean. Air conditioner which is a must when its hot. But also the windows do open so you can get that cool mountain air in the room. We had the room next to the patio so that was awesome to sit on and have drinks and conversations. Expedia over priced our room. Upon check out the hotel gave us a much better rate!!! Which is always a bonus.

"Lovely hotel in a lovely location"
Our room was clean, cosy and comfortable with a lovely sitting area which overlooked the lake. The deluxe rooms have recently been renovated and look great. We stayed here for 3 nights and apart from the night that our neighbours had a high volume drunken row (defused by security), it was quiet and private.

"Good visit"
Room and grounds were well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Two suggestions: upgrade the laundry equipment and the air conditioner is very loud but does do its job.

This was a fairly nice location. Restaurants and church walking distance. We did have a mouse one night that freaked me out a bit. The handy man brought another (yes there was one there already) mouse trap and put towels in some holes. The desk's only comment was. "It's that time of year".
