Our room was a two bedroom with plenty of space for teenagers. It was close to public transit and walking distance to many attractions and convenience stores. In room laundry was super convenient and easy to use with complimentary detergent. Ordered delivery one night and the front desk staff were helpful and amazing! Thank you for a great stay!

Clean and spacious for our family of 5 and close to the train station making it easy to get around.

Great stay at Cross Suites in Asakusa. This is a fairly new property, so many taxi drivers aren't familiar with it yet. It had everything our family needed and in a great location

Excellent hotel for our family of three. Modern facilities, very clean, and helpful staff. Good location, close to heritage areas (though no views from the suite). Ask staff to help you make dinner reservations, as walk-in space was hard to come by in the better restaurants. Only quibble was the 6/10 breakfast buffet, which was probably just our tastes. Otherwise would definitely recommend, and would stay there again.

Excellent facilities, we stayed here a total of 6 nights. The space is huge compare to usual Japanese hotels. We stayed in the standard room with twin bunk beds and family size room, both was ample space for 3 adults. Close by to the Tawaramachi station along the Ginza line with elevator access ( Exit 12 when heading to the Asakusa direction). If coming from the Narita, take the Kesei skyliner yo Uneno and then take 2 stops to Tawaramachi station. The Lawson grocery store 2 blocks away...

Very nice apartment hotel close to many restaurants and amenities. Staff were very kind and greeted us when we arrived and when we left. It is very close to the JR and local lines which offer easy commuting to other parts of Tokyo

We booked a family sized room for two people, and find the size comparable to North American hotel (probably much larger than a typical hotel in Japan). The hotel is clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful. It's really close to Dontonbori but a slightly longer walk to Namba station, but it's definitely doable. Thankfully, this station is really convenient for travelling short & long distance. I would definitely consider booking with MIMARU again, if we were to come back to Japan.

Hotel is really nice, rooms are really clean and our suite is very spacious. It’s walkable to Don Quixote, Sensoji Temple, convenience stores and train stations. Srestha(I hope I spelled it right) from the front desk is very helpful and friendly. He helped us with everything we needed including getting a taxi etc. We will definitely go back to Monday Apart Premium Asakusa!
