"we had a great stay at lake side nikko! the lady at the front was incredibly sweet and accommodating :) the room was spacious and came with all necessities. if you have heavy luggage be ready for a workout since there are no elevators. otherwise great service and comfortable stay! 10/10"

"家族4人で滞在しました。少し古い設備のようですが、清潔でとても良かったです。 9ヶ月の乳児がおりますが、座敷なので思う存分ハイハイを楽しんでおりました。 坂の途中にあるので、荷物の運搬は大変かもしれませんが、駅から徒歩圏内ですし、車を持たない方にも便利かと思われます。近くにコンビニもありました。 日光江戸村に行くときにまた泊まりたいです。"

"I want to start this review off by saying, I WILL be back. My stay at this hotel was almost dreamlike. It's something that I don't want to forget. The room was prepared perfectly, and the service was a 10/10\. The breakfasts dinners that were prepared were unique and delicious all around. The staff was kind. I think this hotel and the surrounding town were the perfect getaway from the fast city life. It really gave me time to relax"

"The room was magnificent! It was huge with great view of the mountains! Heater worked wonderful! It was freezing outside so a good heater was super good for the night! It was a Japanese style room, tatami floors and beds AND they had extra beds to make it more comfy! Would stay here again!!! "
