I was traveling with 3 friends and there was plenty of room for us all to spread out and be comfortable. Great kitchen for family cooking and the private onsen was AMAZING! There was even a telescope for star gazing, which was a nice surprise. The checkin/checkout process was all done on an IPad which was very cold and impersonal to me. That said, the property was very peaceful. Take a taxi up the hill. It’s about a mile and the path was full of debris. We had 4 roller bags and they fit in the taxi just fine. Everything you can possibly need are provided. The villa itself makes for a perfect vacation villa with breakfast on the lanai, beautiful TV and sofa area, wonderful setting, sauna and onsen bath. The relaxation area outside the bath smells like you are in the forest! My only complaint would be the checkin email which was never sent. As we need it to get inside the villa.
