"Wonderful staff, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast buffet that features local specialities (meibutsu) such as Nikko yuba in the chawan mushi, miso soup, local greens, etc. Property and bathrooms are a bit dated but our room was clean and well-maintained. Had free bottled water in fridge, slippers and bathrobes. Convenient location. Thanks to the helpful staff!"

"フロントのスタッフさんの対応はとても温かく安心感があり、良かった。ウェルカムスイーツやドリンク、湯上がりアイスや夜鳴きそばなどのサービスが充実していてとても良かった。とてもクラシックで上品で趣きのある建物で良かった。スイートルームで広々としていて良かったが、古さや汚れ、破損などが目立つのが気になった。高価だったのもありゆっくりしたかったが、どうも落ち着かないのが残念だった。また館内の暗さや重厚さが少し怖く居心地の悪さを感じた。貸切家族風呂があるのも良かったが、浴室と脱衣所の隔たりが段差のみで、シャワーの湯が脱衣所に飛び水浸しになるのが気になった。 朝食ビュッフェは品数も多くどれも美味しくて良かった。"
