The cleanliness of the property and location was amazing. The receptionist was a little rude when we checked in.

One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at in recent memory. The rooms were spacious and the staff was helpful. I would book here again. It is a bit far from town, so there is some driving, depending on what activities you want to do.

So nice to find a hotel with enough beds for everyone in the family! The hot tub doesn’t exist anymore which was disappointing, but there was great parking, great views, and the location was convenient.

Would stay here again
Stayed in the triple queen room. 3 adults 1 teen and a youth. Beds were comfortable. Was pleasantly suprised they actually had enough towels. They had left 6 in the room. Have stayed in a few other hotels with more space then a standard room it’s the same amount of ppl and never had more then 4 towels. Negative is they have no pool or hot tub. But there are enough hot springs in the area

I’m just sad that the blower in our room was broken and they don’t have a spare one that they can provide temporarily. But on the brighter side, the room and the facility is clean, awesome restaurant on site, decent amount of amenities, and friendly staff. Keep up the good work!
