"Everything was wonderful, it was very clean and all the staff were helpful and friendly. It doesn’t book to locals so just make sure you’re being cautious of that if you’re a local looking for a trip home away from home."

This was my wife and my first visit to Palm Springs, and by sheer good fortune we stayed at the Old Ranch Inn for the week we were there. We loved Palm Springs and found it to be about the easiest place to just relax and refresh ourselves, which was the whole purpose of the trip. The Old Ranch Inn was the key to making it so. Tim and Gwen are wonderful hosts and Rosie would greet us with a friendly smile each morning and provide us with whatever help we might need in planning our time. After...

Loved our stay. The construction was as a bit noisy in the morning but they did their best to contain it. We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms and it was amazing. The construction was as a small price to pay! The pool was great! Fantastic visit. We’ll be back!!

It is a condominium style Hotel.Much better than the photos they provided. The kitchen has microwave, toaster, oven, coffee maker and plenty of dishes. The bedroom has a comfortable bed with high-quality sheets and big TV. The living room has sofa bed and a TV. There’s a BBQ grill at the patio over looking a fountain.
The lit tennis courts, jacuzzi and a laundry room are great. There is a parking lot and a restaurant in the property.

Small, quiet resort that was perfect for a restful getaway.
The hot springs pool and hot tubs were amazing! The property was so tranquil and covered with plants that attracted hummingbirds and butterflies. We enjoyed that it was adults only and a "whisper quiet" environment with no TVs.
Unfortunately, the only reason I would go to the city of Desert Hot Springs is for this resort (or a neighbouring hotel in the hot springs zone). There's not much else in town. We grabbed a few groceries to...

We travel to Palm Springs with the family every summer and keep coming back to this hotel. The rooms are perfect and clean. Staff is friendly. When I call front desk for a certain item (cot, extra pillow etc) it's at my room within minutes. We have never had a bad experience at this hotel. Can't wait to come again.
