"Stayed here for 2 nights of a 9 day 30th anniversary trip. This place was planned as a rejuvenating stop. WOW it fit the bill!!! Absolutely a stunning desert oasis, with its history, landscape, and architecture. I read the reviews before selecting this place, about it's lack of amenities, and neighborhood, but chose it any way and we were glad we did. "It was a very quick overnight stay for us, so overall the hotel was fine. Clean, quiet ... fine. There were two things that were really weird ... 1. When we walked into the room for the first time, everything in the room that could be on, was on at full blast. Table top fan, all the lights, bathroom fan and television ... all on and at the highest setting ... tv volue all the way up. Truly weird. 2. The sink in the bathroom is the smallest I've ever seen.
