"We were not informed that the pool was closed due to it not being “season“ even though the other hotels around it had their pools open"

"The check in is a little impersonal. The check in staff says use the kiosk and weren't helpful when we weren't quite sure what to do. Not the best casino if you aren't a smoker. The room was good and clean with comfortable beds. Elite ride transfer and tram between hotels are helpful. "
