"From check-in to check-out, this hotel was flawless. The staff remembered my name after the first interaction and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The front desk team, especially Maria, handled my early arrival with zero fuss and upgraded my room at no charge. My King Deluxe room was spotless, modern, and quiet. Bed felt like sleeping on a cloud — plush but supportive — with high-quality linens. Blackout curtains actually worked, water pressure in the rain shower was strong, and the AC was whisper-quiet"

"The resort was clean and very beautiful the room for us really brought down the stars. It was maybe am average room. The hotel lobby was beautiful and amenities were great. Also when we got up in the morning though, we had no hot water. When we told the staff she said "yeah it happens because everyone takes a shower in the morning and then there is no hot water". To me, if you know that's an issue it should be changed."
