"Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is beautiful, very well maintained, and exceptionally clean. The employees were also friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The only downside was the parking situation. Before arriving, we called to ask about parking and were given different information than what we were told when we checked in. We later found out that the parking area is about a block away from the hotel. While we understood that parking required an additional fee, having to park a block away and carry all of our luggage to the hotel was inconvenient, especially since we weren’t given clear information beforehand. Aside from the parking situation, we really enjoyed the hotel and were very happy with the cleanliness, upkeep, and service. I would still recommend staying here, but I do think the parking process and communication could be improved."

"We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet served until 9 AM. There was ample parking in the lot . Since we only stayed 2 nights , we didn’t take advantage of the swimming pool 👍"

"Hotel was good…. But our room has bugs coming in thru the window.. and it looked like no one saw it cleaned near the windows for months! Other than that experience everything else was very good."

"Gorgeous property, clean and spacious room w a view of Camelback Mountain. Spent a day at the spa which was lovely with wonderful amenities and a dedicated pool for spa guests. Enjoyed the other pools in the evening after the sun went down. Incredibly kind staff, and the in room dining was better than expected. Would definitely stay again!"
