We booked this hotel to be close to Presbyterian Hospital. The staff was so warm and kind and housekeeping was exemplary. The halls and rooms are a bit dated, but the staff and cleanliness are so great we would definitely book again.

The property is clean. Doormen polite. Reception staff need to go to school of hospitality to be taught that in the hospitality business what counts is the way you treat people. They are rude and need to know that this is the main factor that gives the hotel a good or bad rating.

The location was great. The hotel suite was great for our family of 5 at a reasonable cost. The room was clean and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!
