"We had an issue with the TV and when we called the front desk we were told they do not handle problems as it is rented through VRBO. We were told to contact VRBO. No instructions on where to leave the key at checkout. We left it on a counter and the next day we got a text stating the cleaner couldn't get in as the key wasn't in the lockbox. The cleaner should have a key and where to leave the key should be in the instructions if that is an issue for them.Beautiful ocean view and wonderful wave sounds ."

"A perfect place to hang out in Kauai for a long weekend. The views directly from the unit/balcony are direct ocean and cannot be beat. There is a great walking trail behind the condos and direct beach access. We ended walking to bakeries/coffee places in the morning and even some local dinner spots. There is a supermarket 2 minutes away as well. Very centrally located unit to airport, Princeville, Hanalei, and the southern parts of the island. We also just enjoyed the resort too- nice pool, big spa, lots of games for the kids to play, and places to explore. Unit came with some boogie boards, snorkel/fins, beach chairs, and pool/beach towels. This unit has a bedroom with a door and a pull-out couch in the living room (bring a sleeping eye mask). We would love to visit again!"

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was great experience for us fam of 4. Home has its all stuff we need. We feel home and experience relaxing time together. Providing shampoo and conditioner could have been nice but overall it was a wonderful stay."

"We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and well appointed. We appreciated there were various spices (not just salt/pepper) and plenty of kitchen items. All the beds were comfortable, which is always iffy when renting. The place was certainly large enough for the five of us who went, but it would be roomy enough for a few more.There is no A/C, as is common for Kauai, so it got stuffy but there were many fans to help out. We loved the wrap-around balcony. The view was lovely and just feet to the ocean if you wanted a more expansive view. We took daily walks along the bike path. The location to town was mere feet away as well. No need to get in your car for morning coffee or evening dinner. And the shopping, well, it's everywhere. Our family has been visiting Kauai for over 30 years and this was our first "stay" in Kapa'a itself. We would definitely return to not only this part of the island, but to this home as well. Thank you for a memorable vacation. Mahalo!"

"This property met all of my expectations. Location was oceanfront with an awesome view from the lanai. It was steps from the walking trail, easy walking to local markets, restaurants, food trucks and more. The condo was updated and very clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were conveniently stocked with necessities. Upstairs loft was perfect for our three grandchildren, ages 8,10 and 12. There was an abundance of water toys, snorkeling gear, beach chairs and umbrellas to use. There were very clear directions on how to run the A/C, TV and other appliances. Also included great suggestions for activities and dining.This was our first family vacation together with our son and his family. It was an unforgettable trip that our grandchildren will always remember."
