"I ALWAYS stay at the New Yorker when in Manhattan, it's safe, secure, well-staffed, and conveniently located. The TicToc restaurant and Trattoria bar on-site makes for great options for those times when you just don't want or need to leave the hotel."

"Clean and quiet room, excellent location in midtown. Didn’t experience long waits for an elevator noted in previous reviews. Valet/self parking offered by hotel is several blocks away. So I just parked in a nearby garage around the corner on 8th avenue. It was a little challenging getting in that garage so next time I would park in the garage on 49th street in the same building as hotel. Will stay again"

"Excellent bar and restaurant, with the lobby bar open for breakfast and lunch and the rooftop open for dinner. Reservation needed for rooftop, but phenomenal views of the city!"

"This hotel was fantastic. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfy. There were homeless people sleeping on the block constantly, but this is NYC. I did notice people continually cleaning outside on the block too, which made the issue. a non-issue. "
