Great location, close walking distance to Times Square and other New York landmarks. Lifts are useless, take forever to arrive!

my husband and I stayed here to celebrate our babymoon/anniversary. The staff was great super nice and attentive. The room was clean no issues with cleanliness. However, the room felt like a sauna and when we arrived and even with turning the room temp down to 69 the room would get cold, the ac unit would turn off and a few mins later would kick back on with hot air so we had to sleep with the AC unit off cause it got to hot at night. The bed was not comfortable being pregnant I’m already uncomfortable but my back was killing me every morning. But otherwise no complaints for the price we paid I wasn’t expecting much and it was okay.

I booked this hotel to celebrate my mother’s birthday. At first, I was very pleased with this hotel and the staff, until i checked out. The day of check out I had 4 pending charges on my credit card: $60.00, $172.12, $126.88, and $126.88. When I went to check out I asked the front desk about these charges and she stated they will all be removed and I will only be charged for the night of $126.88. Days later I check my statement and I have been charged $126.88 PLUS $172.12. I called numerous times to the hotel and left voice messages until I finally got ahold of someone. They said that they will check and contact me back. I received an email stating that the safe (which i NEVER used or touched) was “broken” and that is why I am being charged the extra $172. I had to follow up multiple times before getting an answer. Both managers Wilmer and David were extremely dismissive, told me there was nothing they could do, will not return my money and to contact another hotline. I was extremely upset and frustrated that a reputable hotel can have the audacity to LIE, CHEAT, and steal (my money). STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!!
