It needs to be clear that the best/closest parking & the most reasonable is $50, but 2 blocks away. The exterior of the window is pretty nasty, but the interior is clean and welcoming

The wonderful staff and Manager Benjamin got me checked in 2 hours early after my very long 15 hours of overnight traveling. Rooms are clean and have all the necessities. Exactly what you would expect from a Holiday Inn:) Breakfast was great in the morning as well. Check out was quick and efficient and I received my deposit back almost immediately. All around a great experience from check in to check out.

The room was very small with nothing to see but the street, and no room service. The towel cart was in the hallway for self-service. The bathroom was very clean. One can regulate the heat and AC. The subway was a few blocks away and there were many corner stores around.

Great staff, clean facility. There is not enough room during breakfast. I felt unsafe in the environment in the aftermath of COVID. It was so crowded that my family and I could not get up from the table we were at because there were lines to get to the breakfast on all sides. You need more space for the amount of guests you have. Also, the room was extremely cramped, but I doubt there's much you can do about that at this point. The elevators are also unbearably slow or broken down completely and need to be serviced. Overall, very friendly staff and I appreciate the cleanliness of the place. Thank you for holding our bags after check out! We really appreciate it.
