Welcome to our fabulous apartment located centrally on Quinpool Rd! This 2,000+ sq. ft. suite is fully equipped for short and long term stays. Upon arrival, there are 2 flights of stairs to get up to the unit from the private entrance. Enjoy free parking next door for one vehicle and a fabulous private terrace overlooking Quinpool Road. Don't miss the luxurious spa bathroom with soaker tub and all-angles shower! You're walking distance to amenities such as grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes.
A few important things to note. Firstly, parking is located next door. There are two flights of stairs to get up to the unit (truly it's quite a few stairs!). The unit is located directly above an adult lingerie and accessory store. The third bedroom is a den which we have converted in to a bedroom, therefore it does not have windows.
Once you get upstairs, there is a large open concept kitchen/dining/living area. The living room has comfortable seating for 5 on a sofa and two armchairs. The dining table seats six, there are three bar stools at the kitchen island, and a secondary table with two seats (and two extra chairs in the third bedroom). Directly off the kitchen is a massive private terrace with outdoor dining chairs and an outdoor sofa (the sofa is a bit old and there is some staining on the cushions).
The suite also features two large bedrooms with patio doors leading to a second terrace on the backside of the unit. The master bedroom has a lovely walk in closet and dreamy spa bathroom with soaker tub and all-angles shower!
Guests have private access to the entire suite.
Right on Quinpool road, there is everything any traveler would need! There are multiple restaurants, grocery stores, niche shops and walking distance to the Halifax Commons. Although close to the busier street, there is scarcely noice because of the architecture of the building and that the patio is facing the quieter street of Pepperell St.
We provide one parking space in the lot next door. However, you can easily enjoy all of Downtown Halifax from this unit without a car!

Please remember that any type of parties/events are prohibited and guests who violate this rule are subject to immediate removal with no refund. All Over Sea units are strictly non-smoking (cigarettes, hookah, marijuana etc.) and quiet enjoyment suites. We use Netatmo monitoring devices that immediately alert us of any smoking and excessive noise. Should you violate our house rules, you will be asked to leave and charged $250.
