The project will start October 20, 2025 and last through the end of April 2026\. During this time, one elevator will remain in service for guests to use while the other elevator is out of service for updates. This means you have an unobstructed and gorgeous view to the west from the deck and also the living room/dining area! So much natural light feels this spacious condo - it is wonderful! The kitchen has beautiful solid wood cabinets, granite counters, and stainless steel is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. A very large laundry room is found off the kitchen with a full sized washer and dryer. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, including 2 recliners, with a large HDTV and DVD player. The living room overlooks the beach and has access to the gulf front deck. The dining room table sits 6 with 3 more seats found at the kitchen bar. Easy beach access and walking distance to a lot of things. The space was perfect/more than enough for 4 adults and 1 infant. The communication with management was also quick and clear. The only downfall is that there is 1 elevator for the whole complex, and it malfunctioned multiple times a day with heavy traffic. I will say that maintenance was good about resolving the issue within an hour or so, but always check that they’re working before packing up everything to go to the beach! There was some miscommunication dealing with parking passes that caused us to spend an extra 50 dollars that we would’ve liked cleared up . But over all everything else was great. Parking spots are extremely too narrow and most parking is on a severe incline! I will also add that there are only 2 small elevators and most of the time only 1 was working. We were able to change into our swimsuits at the the bathrooms by the pool. They texted when the condo was ready. Condo was clean and had everything you need. Its close to restaurants. We didn’t need our car for the first couple of days we just walked everywhere. We did drive to Walmart but it was only 5 minutes away. I would stay here again. We didn’t have problems waiting on the elevators like others had. We were there over the Memorial day weekend never waited more than 2 minutes. ##### Mike H. The 3rd bedroom doesn’t have a closet but we just used it to put extra things in. The condo had everything we needed. We especially liked the roomy 2 other bedrooms & the large balcony with good furniture. We spent a lot of time out there when inside. The location is great, can walk to a lot. ##### Kim & Bob P. Séjour de 4 nuits en août 2023 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### randal s. 13 août 2023 Points forts : Propreté #### Seawind 1309 Easy to check in--property was as advertised--my wife thought it was the best condo we have ever rented in terms of appearance, decor, etc. We had a couple of minor issues that were resolved, welcoming packet was not on the counter when we arrived but was brought over to us within the first hour of arrival--balcony rail was too flexible, had to have maintenance look at it, they had an outside contractor come in to repair it, they were still involved with that when we left- the two guest bedrooms could use softer mattresses--kids complained they were too hard--master bedroom was perfect--condo is decorated beautifully--great location, easy to get in and out, people there were very friendly--balcony views of the beach are perfect--would like to be able to see the evening sunsets but can't do that based on the balcony location in relation to the August sunsets--we would definitely stay there again if possible on a future trip ##### randal s. Updated and in wonderful shape We had a great stay. The deck and deck chairs were fantastic! The beach chairs, umbrellas and wagon were an unexpected benefit. Communication from the Alabama Getaway team was great. The one minor complaint I have was with the small amount of toilet paper (one roll per bathroom) and dish soap (one very tiny bottle) provided. We ended up having to purchase some of each to finish out the week. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay and would happily reserve the same condo in the future. ##### Mike J. Very clean and comfortable. My family enjoyed our stay and will be back. Staff was beyond nice and easy to reach if needed. Only complaints are they need more than 2 elevators. Long waits for it & heat the kids water area. The splash pad water stayed too cold for kids play. ##### Sandy W.
