WIFI This condo is managed by Pam Martin, Realtor, Keller Williams Alabama Gulf Coast. The Beach Club is Alabama's finest beach resort. Located in beautiful Fort Morgan miles away from the crowded beaches but still minutes from shopping and restaurants in Gulf Shores. The Beach Club is a community to itself. There is of course the fabulous white sand beaches, European spa, fitness center, 3 restaurants on site, tennis courts and five outdoor pools and hot tubs and one indoor pool. THE BEDDING ARRANGEMENT IS NOW KING/KING/QUEEN. Avalon 1108 is located on the 11th floor and has a direct view of the beautiful sandy white beach and amazing Gulf of Mexico from a very large balcony, living/dining room and master bedroom. Each bedroom adjoins a private bath, plus there is a hallway 'powder room' for everyone's convenience. Owner has provided a brand new stove, dishwasher, stack washer/dryer and electric grill on the balcony. The master shower and guest tubs are equipped with "Pull Bars" to assist in getting out of the tub with ease. The condo is ready for your arrival and is stocked with a one day supply of products/toiletries. The beds are made with crisp white linens, plus a set for the sleeper sofa. There is an ample supply of bath linens. Just bring your beach towels, food and products. There is a washer/dryer in the condo, so no need to pack a lot! The kitchen has full size appliances including a dishwasher plus a blender, toaster, can opener, and coffee maker. The cabinets are stocked with dishware, utensils, and cookware. Bedding arrangement is King Master, King Guest, Queen Guest. All privately adjoin a full bath and has a TV. The master bedroom and the living room adjoin the balcony with a direct Gulf View! The owner is a member of The Clubhouse, so you will have access to all of the amenities with a daily fee. Depending on the days used it is approximately a total of $45 per day for the entire party. This listing was exactly as pictured and described! There were plenty of dishes, pots/pans, utensils to use during the stay. The starter supply is exactly that—1 thing of toilet paper and paper towels so definitely bring your own supplies. There was no hand soap but few stores down the road to get the last minute items we needed. There was a closet outside with some beach items (toys, sand castle items, chairs, 1 umbrella). The condo was very clean and updated. Not a lot of stuff setting around so it was easy for you to move in and enjoy your stay. There were plenty of dishes, glassware and utensils. If something was missing or needed to be fixed, housekeeping and maintenance responded in a timely manner. We would return to this property. Jul 22, 2021 Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, location, listing accuracy #### Under renovation, unit wasn't clean Property is under repair/renovation so this was not the peaceful, beautiful location I was expecting to enjoy with my family from out of town. When I arrived, the unit was still being cleaned, trash outside front door, sink clogged, not properly cleaned. There was sand on the comforter so this didn't inspire confidence about the cleanliness of the unit. The room reeked of Pine Sol, which caused my sinuses/allergies to kick up. Request for unit to be wiped down to remove some of the cleaning agent were ignored so I spent a restless night with a stuffy nose. We had to wait a couple of hours until the sink was fixed. Not a good stay and the property manager could have handled complaints better. I have visited The Beach Club many times over the past 10 years and this was by far my worst stay. ##### Dorothy W.
