La struttura era bella, tenuta bene e accogliente. Come spesso accade ai caraibi il problema è la gestione: la pulizia della piscina veniva effettuata sempre a orari diversi ma fra le 8 e le 9,30 quando c'erano giá i clienti in acqua , il cerenguito,sempre in zona piscina apriva e chiudeva sempre a orari diversi e durante l' orario o finito l'orario di lavoro si trovavano li i vari colleghi a cantare e scherzare....capisco il momenti di relax ma sul posto di lavoro non è professionale! Fra l'altro noi avevamo la veranda proprio dietro il cernguito (unico posto dove consumare i pasti, all' interno non ci sono tavoli) e aspettavamo l ora che chiudesse x cenare tranquilli, ma in 11 giorni non siamo mai riusciti perche il personale si trovava li a cantare e scherzare! Una sera hanno messo musica alta fino alle 5,30 del mattino, in uno degli appartamenti ma crediamo fossero sempre loro, quando sono uscita in pigiama x lamentarmi un ragazzo della sicurezza mi ha visto si e' scusato e mi ha detto che li avrebbe fatti smettere... Abbiamo anche a volte quaoche problema di comunicazione ma niente di grave, tutte piccole cose ma per oltre 300 euro a notte ci si aspetta qualche accortezza in piu!
