Nestled in the heart of Gregory Town, Eleuthera, The Sip Sip Cottage is a charming 3-bedroom retreat designed for laid-back island living. This cozy getaway boasts expansive decks, perfect for soaking up the sun, sipping on a cocktail, or stargazing under the Bahamian sky with our telescope.  
  
Inside, you’ll find:  
• A spacious king bedroom for ultimate relaxation.  
• A cozy queen bedroom with a breezy, tranquil vibe.  
• A loft with a queen bed and a private half bath, offering a tucked-away retreat with extra convenience.  
  
But the magic doesn’t stop there! Step outside to experience our outdoor bathroom oasis, featuring a toilet, shower, and vanity—because nothing says island living like a refreshing open-air rinse.  
  
While The Sip Sip Cottage embraces the rhythm of out-island life, you’ll have all the comforts you need, including Starlink WiFi, a generator, and a water cistern for added reliability. Whether you’re lounging on the deck, exploring Eleuthera, or gazing at the stars through our telescope, your island escape awaits!

A Friendly Reminder About Bath Towels  
  
To keep The Sip Sip Cottage stocked with fresh and clean linens for all our guests, we kindly ask that you please keep bath towels inside the home and do not take them to the beach.  
  
Beach days can be sandy, salty, and full of adventure, and while we love that, our bath towels don’t! Sand and salt water can be tough on fabric, making towels wear out faster and less enjoyable for everyone.  
  
For your beach outings, we’ve provided:  
☀️ Beach wraps – Perfect for lounging on the sand or drying off after a swim.  
🪣 Beach essentials: Beach Chairs and a Paddle Board  
  
At the end of the day, please shake off any sand before bringing items back inside. Let’s keep the cottage cozy and comfortable for you and future guests!
