"Clean rooms, but staff offered no information upon check-in. No wifi info. No breakfast info. No coffee maker. No hair dryer. No fridge. Had to ask for two keys. Elevator out of order after first day. Snack bar/deli was non-existent. Breakfast turned out to be pre-packaged pancakes with communal syrup, warm juice and packaged danishes you'd get out of a vending machine. NO quality at all."

"Decent enough hotel but nothing to write home about. Room was adequate and clean. Parking was in the back. I brought my dogs and there was a strip of grass in front of the hotel so they could relieve themselves. The hotel is on a busy street and while we were in the back I’m not sure if the windows are soundproof. Free breakfast was awful, I went with toast as that felt safe. All processed foods that were something you’d see at 7-11. In summary okay if you just need to lay your head for the night but nothing spectacular. "

Very loud, and annoying. Atmosphere very creepy. We did not stay it was to much going on. almost like a rooming house."

"Terrible service. The room was not cleaned for my entire 3-night stay, and the reception staff was extremely unhelpful. When I asked why my room wasn’t cleaned, they said they were short-staffed, which is not an acceptable excuse. There were very limited supplies—barely any shampoo or towels—and after check-in, nothing was replenished. No towels, no shampoo, no conditioner. The entrance was also inconvenient, coming from the side through the parking garage, and there wasn’t even a proper lobby. Overall, a terrible experience from start to finish. I only stayed because the booking was non-refundable. I wish I could give 0 stars—this motel would have been a much better choice."
