READ THE FINE PRINT! I booked this property in a rush, and the parking fees are outrageous ($49.00 a day for the in and out pass). Also, they will put a hold of $150 a day for incidentals, which, even though you'll be credit this back - is a pretty steep fee to hold on your card for a pretty basic hotel. The manager is pretty useless, but the front desk staff try to be accomodating despite having to ask 4 times for a crib for my infant child.

Needed two more cups for our coffee in the morning, only one provided. No chair or table to place items on while in the room or in the bathroom. No central lighting, so room was too dark. Lady at check did not know correct time for breakfast, told us 7-10am when it opened earlier, this meant we thought we would not make it as we had to leave at 6:45am. ( it would have been more pleasant when only being able to check in at 11:30pm to have a nicer welcome from her.) The worst part was the shuttle to the hotel, it was more like go to hell. I plan to report his behavior/ conduct to the authorities, with the license plate information).

The "Customer Service" is everything here. Everyone was kind and helpful. I checked in and Diego, was was friendly and accommodating. I had a very long day of traveling and was quite tired, his helpfulness, let me exhale and have a sigh of relief. The room was clean, no odd smells, the shower was great and I was able to settle in and rest. The happy hour was a bit pricey... However, the Breakfast is delicious with so many fresh and delicious options and the staff does a wonderful job, keeping the area clean and stocked. Overall, this was a great choice and I will stay again. 8.5/10 Recommend. If cleanliness, safety and great hospitality are priority for you...Hyatt House is the place.
