Had plastic surgery in Beverly Hills, so I wanted to stay somewhere nice. I splurged on Embassy Suites and absolutely loved it. I like how you have to use your room key to use the elevators. This means only guests are on your room floor. The suites are one bedroom apartments basically. It was more than enough room for my family of 4. The morning breakfast is absolutely fantastic. My pree-teens loved the pool. I'll stay at Embassy Suites more often.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I paid for parking, but when I arrived at the underground garage, there was no available space because the hotel was hosting a reception with many guests. When I informed the receptionist, he told me that he could not do anything about it and that I would have to keep trying and waiting until someone left. I ended up parking my car in the airport parking lot near the hotel. Additionally, I smelled smoke in my non-smoking room, and the A/C was not working properly. It was very hot in the room. We also heard noise multiple times during the night from the wall. The noise woke us up many times. I recorded a video for evidence.

Property is convenient. Location is ideal for my needs. Enjoy the accessible parking on site. During our stay the bedroom TV stopped working and the maintenance staff couldn't repair or replace the unit. Also, the hot water handle in the bathroom sink was very difficult to turn, often sticking in one position. In addition, the dresser drawers wouldn't stay shut. Some basic maintenance is needed.

There no entrance from parking to get into the hotel. You have to walk all the way around the building through on coming traffic

Booked through Expedia and that was the first mistake. We were coming from east coast lax was a layover for Hawaii. Called earlier in week to confirm proper room and to let them know wed arrive late. Get there, rude lady at desk, says we don’t have your room anymore. How does that even happen we confirmed! She said we have one room with a king bed. How does that work with 5 grown people? At 2:00am options were limited. After angry back and forth we take room and she sends up blankets and snacks we though for our inconvenience nope they charge! Front desk said if we agreed to this room she wouldn’t charge. Guess what they did. Since we booked through Expedia a third party they couldn’t help us. Expedia did nothing either. Would never recommend either.

The room size was great. The shower always had hot water. It would be good to have more food selections for breakfast like bacon and pancakes/waffles. Mixed drinks option along with beer or wine. The shuttle was great.

We stayed for 1 night while traveling. The hotel is old and outdated. Won’t stay here again. Staff provided basic service. The room: paint peeling off the ceiling, sheets smelled old, carpet was dirty. Location: close to the airport, busy streets, can hear ambulances and fire trucks with the sirens all night.
