« We got in very early like at 8.00am but we did not get our room as the check in policy is 3.00pm. We were told we would be called as soon as a room would be ready for us. We did not get any call. We got back at the reception at 3.30 pm and our room was not ready. The hotel told us we had to wait for another 10 min. We complained and got an immediate upgrade in a very nice room. A nice way to resolve a somewhat irritating issue. »

« L hôtel est bien situer , Trafalgar Square . Je trouve qu il est un peu cher pour un 5 étoile service niveaux 4 ( c est aussi très bien 4 ) mais c est pas le même prix . La chambre super très spacieuse et agréable . L’accueil c est un accueil 4 étoile et encore … en fait quand on paye 600 eurro la nuit on s attend à un accueil polie chaleureux et professionnel . Ce qui n est pas le cas dans cet hôtel . N y bonjour n y aurevoir bonne journée n y on où amène nos bagage en chambre … c est des Pt...
