"Location is gold! The room is missing a few basic things, like hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. We chose a room without a window because we spent all day out exploring and basically only used it to sleep, so that wasn’t an issue for us. The staff is friendly, but the hotel is definitely missing a few details. Compared to the Moxy in NYC, the NYC location is superior so far."

"This location is in the middle of the city so it was easy to get to places and only a few minute from their Chinatown. The nightlife is booming and lots of souvenir shops and eateries nearby. The water fluctuated between hot and cold but it wasn’t too bad. Breakfast provided daily which was great when we had booked schedules and wanted to grab a quick bite to eat before we left. Had a good experience here and would definitely consider coming back if we come back to London."

"Nice place at a nice central location. By many theaters. It was perfect for us. Touristy but not crazy touristy I would say. Don’t buy souvenirs around this area though. We did and found better priced souvenirs around Camden market if you happen to go. Rooms were nice and clean. A little dated but still modern. Outlet situations were a bit weird. For example, couldn’t plug their hair dryer in the bathroom. Had to use the one by the bed side and luckily it kind of reached to the bathroom. We got room service for dinner one night and I really enjoyed their burrata tomato caprese. Staff was very kind. We didn’t really explore the hotel itself but I’m sure their bars and restaurant is nice to go to. I would recommend this hotel and location. Especially for first timers, like me."
