Spend your days soaking up the sun, building sandcastles, or exploring Galveston. Just Beachy is the ideal place to unwind and reconnect with loved ones.  
  
● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1\.

● Beach Access: Less than a minute drive from the Terramar Beach access point.  
  
● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Terramar beach community pool— open Memorial Day thru Labor Day— and the boat launch and marina with the provided keys.  
  
● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.  
  
● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.   
  
● Pet Policy: 1 pet is allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.   
  
● Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway.  
  
Step inside and be greeted by the open-concept living area, where the comfortable living room seamlessly flows into the dining area and kitchen. The space is bathed in natural light, creating a cheerful and inviting atmosphere. Unwind after a day at the beach on the plush couches while catching your favorite shows on the big-screen TV. The coastal-themed decor throughout the house adds a touch of whimsy and reminds you that you\`re just steps from paradise. This level also features a bedroom with a king sized bed and another with two queen over queen bunk beds.   
  
Head upstairs to discover two more comfortable bedrooms, each designed for a restful night\`s sleep. bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed, while another room features two more queen-sized beds.   
  
A bathroom is conveniently located on each floor. After a day of building sandcastles or soaking up the sun, rinse off the beach sand in the refreshing outdoor shower located downstairs. Ample parking space ensures a hassle-free arrival, and the peaceful location offers a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle. Get ready to create unforgettable beach memories at Just Beachy! House Rules:  
\- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.  
\- One-night stays must be approved.  
\- Groups larger than 8 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.  
\- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.  
\- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.  
\- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.  
\- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.  
\- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.  
\- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.  
\- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.

Very satisfied with the overall experience or stay.I absolutely loved the decor, that’s one of the main reasons I chose it, & very cozy, it was nice to have a well stocked kitchen with cookware & utensils if needed.Definitely recommend, and would love to rent again in the future.
