Je réserve donc 2 chambres pour nous 5 mais en arrivant, mauvaise surprise, on me propose 2 chambres à des étages différents, ou 2 chambres au même étage mais à l'opposé du couloir. Finalement, pour pouvoir avoir 2 chambres collées j'ai du accepter 2 chambres de 2 personnes + un lit "d'appoint" et une vue sur des échafaudages puisqu'il y avait des travaux sur leur facade "

We were able to check into our room early, and it was magnificent, located on the top floor of the hotel. I wasn't expecting such a spacious, modern, and beautiful room. I contacted the hotel several times via WhatsApp and the website to get information and report a few issues, and I always received a quick response. When the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night by mistake, we were quickly informed of this by text message, which was much appreciated. I would like to thank the hotel once again, especially Lisa, who was professional and very kind throughout my stay. I will recommend this hotel and will gladly stay there again! "
