This is a cozy cabin with a great outdoor space. It has a concrete poured fire pit area , a huge carport to park your boat under with easy access in and out to Painter's ramp 2 minutes away or Wall's Ramp back the road. It sits on 2 acres so you have plenty of privacy. We are only 10 minutes from Patoka entrace to park and marina which also has bike and hiking trails. Hoosier marina is about 15 minutes away. French Lick casino and water park is 12 minutes away. We have fiber optics internet which has great reception , there is a blue Ray player entertainment. This cabin sleeps 6 and has a sweet comfy feel. The huge leather sectional reclines and has a chase on one end so it can host everyone. A queen bed in main bedroom with a full bed upstairs in loft as well as a futon for 2 more.. A great location is an understatement if you need a place to park the boat. The Hot Tub and gazebo is an amazing addition that adds even more reason to stay at TLC LAKEHOUSE. This cabin is only a fourth of a mile off highway 145. It is 30 minutes from Paoli Peaks, 15 minutes from Hoosier National Forest, Patoka winery is a 5 minute drive . So this is a great place to visit any season.

The perfect cabin
We rented the TLC cabin for our girls weekend and it was perfect! Everything about it was so cute from the outside to the inside. Super clean, smelled amazing inside. The hot tub was an added bonus. Perfect location, short drive to French Lick Casino and to restaurants. Thanks so much for the perfect place to stay! We will for sure come back to stay again.

Nice cabin with boat canopy
Property owner is very responsive. The property has many amenities. We didn’t utilize all of them but many people would. Lots of privacy and very quiet surroundings. The size is more geared for couples or smaller parties. There is little room to put your essentials in the bathroom but that is a minor inconvenience. The only thing that limited are enjoyment of the property was the spider webs on the outdoor furnishings and the gas grill did not have a clean cooking surface. I believe that a lot of people would overlook these things but it did lead us not to utilize these amenities. In saying that, I’m not sure either of these would have been utilized much anyways as we like to get out and see the sights when we are away from home. I would definitely recommend staying here especially if you needed a boat cover between trips to the lake.

Very nice cabin
Nice and clean cabin with all the amenities we needed. It was exactly as advertised. The only downfall was it is set relatively close to a road. The road is not very busy, but logging trucks do frequently drive by. Location is very convenient to Patoka Lake and just a short drive to French Lick. I would recommend a stay at this cabin.

We've recently moved back into our house after a remodel and we've been exhausted. A friend suggested Patoka lake for a short Vacation and I found our listing on VRBO. The cabin was sweet! So clean and comfortable! We would do this again. We were able to rest and relax. Too hot for fishing (95) but the lake was still beautiful.
