Nice place to stay for an overnighter for an event. Cost of food at the restaurants was pricey. Disappointed that I couldn't get the King Bed room I originally booked and the 'upgraded' queen beds did not quite feel like a queen size. Rooms on the upper floors are definitely quiet and cannot hear the noise from the casino or other venues

Check in was awesome, The front desk person was very helpful and quickly got us to our room, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, we ate downstairs at the kitchen buffet, it’s honestly the best I’ve ever had

The bedding quality is not good. I’m surprised that a four star upscale hotel is using polyester and cotton blended sheets. In fact, all cloth and towels are polyester and cotton blended, very rough and caused skin irritation.

Upon or designated arrival time we stuggled to find parking anywheres close to the hotel. We require handicap parking and there was no options. We attempted to go swimming but the pool was very small and over filled with kids. Since the area is so confined the screams were amplified dramatically so this wasnt an option to do. We then went up to our room and by 11:00 some very intoxicated people began yelling and fighting. We felt very unsafe and called security. They broke up the fight but didn't tell us if we were safe to come out so we couldnt leave and go to the casino. This was part of why we booked at this hotel. We left in the morning the elevators smelled like dirty mop. We checked out and tried to tell the guy about our experience and he offered us an upgrade next time we come or free breakfast. Am vegan cant eat there. And theres no way in the world we will return there. So left with great disappointment.

Great selection of places to eat ! Bed was very comfortable. Only exception was that I could the TV from the next room as prefer to have more quiet when trying to sleep. It wasn’t that loud but enough that I could hear.

Great food in the restaurants, especially Italia, which is our favorite… and the Kitchen for eggs Benedict in the morning… The staff are great and it is a very relaxing atmosphere… My sister and I love going there for a weekend away a few times a year and will continue to do so… Have never had a bad experience here

This place is beautiful! Very friendly staff. Upon check in was given a gift bag with fresh water. Was asked what floor we wanted and where (near elevator or not) which was pleasant to get the liberty to choose! :) we stayed in a king room. Room had a microwave and a mini fridge. It was clean. The fitted bed sheet did have a hole and a stain, you could tell the sheet was just old and worn. The bed and pillows however was very comfortable. Nice view of the plains. Nice casino with lots to do (5 restaurants I think??) and pool is open from 6am-11am. I do believe there’s an ice rink in the casino too. We had a great time! Good parking. Good area. Good food!
