Great hotel and once the area around it has more business it will be an even better location. The location in itself is wonderful however there is alot of vandalism and houseless individuals. The people we saw in these circumstances were pleasent however the lower portion of the hotel which should have many businesses leasing was all broken glass and no tenants for this reason I'm sure. We would stay there again as it's a very nice hotel and has a lrt station right outside so very easy to get around the city, especially to Rogers Place. Many great restaurants within walking distance and We never fealt scared or threatened at any time. If you have a vehicle it will be safe in the underground parkade.

It’s in a rougher area in downtown, so there’s often homeless people hanging around. Fortunately, most of them left me alone. It’s right next to a train station which is a plus—makes it easy to get around. Inside of the hotel is clean with friendly staff.
