This 4 bedroom flat is bright and sunny with plenty of space for groups or families.
It has an open plan living, kitchen and dining area with all the modern conveniences you could want. TV, DVD, wireless internet, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.
The bedrooms are most attractive and comfortable. There are four bedrooms: The master bedroom has a king-size bed with ensuite bathroom, and 3 twin bedded rooms. One of the bedrooms can be zip linked to form a king size bed. One of the twin bedrooms does not have a window. Sofa bed in the sitting room for 7th and 8th person. All linen, towels and bedding are included.
The apartment is conveniently located for access to the vibrant city centre with it's unique New Town and charming Old Town. It is also served by the Airlink bus and only a few minutes walk from Haymarket Railway Station. There is one parking space provided free of charge. Additional cars can be parked on the street (metered), or in local NCP car parks.

This home was amazing. We were there for 10 nights with 5 kids and it gave us the space needed to settle. It was cosy, clean, and the host was really kind and easy to contact. The pool was an added bonus for our young son and it was a quick walk into town for the teens. Loved it and would recommend to anyone visiting Edinburgh.
Fantastic place for a long weekend. Great facilities with great location and great facilities. Communication with the host was excellent throughout and the check-in and out went perfectly. Would recommend a stay
We loved staying here! It is clean and comfortable. The walk to grocery stores and to the Royal Mile is short. Highly recommend this property.

Had a really great stay. The apartment is lovely and in a really good location just a short bus ride from Princes Street. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and has everything you need. Would stay here again and recommend for groups 5-6 people.

Excellent accommodation
Lovely roomy accommodation which far exceeded our expectations. Your property is perfect for a holiday in Edinburgh with good restaurants nearby as well as in Edinburgh itself.
My family of 9 were so impressed when we stepped inside this accommodation. The condo was clean, spacious, and overall just a fun place to spend our holiday. The location is great, walk or bus easily into the heart of Edinburgh. We got use out of the pool, as well as the rooftop views of the castle.

Lovely spacious apartment near town
Very nice flat perfect for a family or small group. It is just a few minutes walk from Haymarket Station where you can get a tram into town but it is easily walkable, too. The apartment is bright and roomy with comfortable beds and all amenities.

What a fantastic unit in an amazing location. Highly recommend the unit and the great team managing it.
The place was beautiful with great views. The apartment was well laid out and in a great location. It sits between to bus stops that can get you to the royal mile quite easily. I would recommend this place and if I ever get back to Scotland I would definitely stay here again

Absolutely lovely! From the minute we walked in the door we wished we could have stayed longer. Great layout, beautiful finishes, loved the pool and the ease of getting to the tram (and the Co-op for groceries). We didn’t have time to check out the awesome smelling Italian places that were a block or so away but wish we could have. We did enjoy a nearby pub, bakery and coffee shop though. Will definitely stay here on any return trip!!!!
Excellent location and facilities with the exception of the showers which had lttle power and it proved impossible to get a good hot consistent spray.Otherwise everything was superb.

Visited with friends over a weekend & definitely would recommend the apartment. Fab location, spacious accommodation & overall first class! Make sure you take advantage of all the facilities, the rooftop terrace views are simply wow!!

Very good accomodation for 9 persons. Only one room had no windows, that was a pity. But over all very good and top location!
The kitchen had excellent provision of crockery and was extremely well provided for cooking. Excellent location just a short bus ride from city centre, which suited us extremely well. Fantastic to have a swimming pool which was an added bonus. A bit of difficulty in accessing one side of the double bed in the master bedroom, which might be a problem if you are very large! Very much appreciated generous provision of flowers, fruit, and groceries to welcome us. A lovely stay!

Great apartment just outside Edinburgh
Perfect for families or groups, the apartment is to a great standard, very well equipped, comfortable beds, perfect upkeep and very cosy too.
Hard to believe you are so close to Edinburgh city centre - 1.5 miles - walkable, easy bus or train or only £8 in an Uber.
Definitely recommend and would go again.
Never used the pool but it looked lovely.
Finallly, welcome pack was a godsend - Thank you.

This condo is beautiful and was able to accomodate our group of 10 surprisingly well. The indoor pool (located on the first floor) is phenomenal and such a treat after spending a day walking in the cool, drizzly Scottish weather. The host was very responsive, meeting us there to walk us through how to use the appliances, the checkout process, and any questions we had. They even provided coffee pods, bread, milk, and marmalade to start us off. We would happily stay here again!
A lot to like, but prepare for commute and hard beds
Agnes was super responsive/friendly. The flat was very nice with enough space for 7, good light, and hot showers. Nice having a clothes washer and dryer, just be prepared to double the drying time. We made good use of the kitchen for most meals our 4 days, with a coop grocery store a short walk at the end of the street, and the dishwasher made easy work of cleanup. Kids enjoyed the pool.
You’ll need to open up the windows at night to let in cool air, and it was never too loud or buggy outside to make that a problem. However, there is a room by the front door with 2 beds that has no window, so bring a fan if you’ll need that 4th bedroom. Our kids tried the pull out sofa by the open windows, but it was not comfortable pulled out to a bed. It was great just sleeping on it as a couch for one person, though. All beds were very firm and we all had sore backs the entire stay, even our teenagers.
The kitchen is well stocked. However, it has instant coffee. There’s a nespresso machine but no instructions or pods, so I just bought ground coffee and used the French press I found in their kitchen. I should’ve just walked to the corner coffee shop each morning to make it easier on myself.
Note it’s 12ish minutes via Uber to Royal Mile. There’s a dedicated parking spot. When someone was in it, she answered our call and helped us without delay.
Great stay overall, with sore backs.
