« There is no parking for this place. The parking that they list on their email is only for permit holders. This greatly reduced my rating. The apartment itself could use a good deep clean. Tons of dust, the couch was covered in stains, the blanket on the couch was very smelly and dirty. The location is okay, far walks and bus rides to everything. »

« Chambre au R-1\. Pas d’ascenseur pour descendre seulement pour monter dans les étages. Escaliers à descendre avec les valises, pas d’aide proposée. Les + : l’accès à la piscine mais propreté moyenne (du noir sur le pourtour intérieur de la piscine). Le restaurant, possibilité de dîner jusqu’à 21h ce qui n’est pas courant en Ecosse Beaucoup de bruit dans le couloir (malheureusement l’hôtel n’y est pour rien contre les gens mal élevés) Un bus passe à proximité de l’hôtel pour relier le centre...

« 93008 Une vraie arnaque. La preeti a l'accueil est de mauvaise foi et vraiment malpolie. On est arrivé la première nuit, fenêtre cassée... on demande a faire réparer personne ne vient avant 22h45... tout ca pour: 1 nous prendre pour des anes en faisant semblant de la fermer en croyant quon avait pas vu qu'elle etait toujours pas fermee cote gauche et 2: en colmatant la fenêtre avec des taies d'oreiller. La nuit a ete horrible, le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas correctement on a eu très froid a...

« Notre chambre n'était pas très propre, le sol de la douche était collant, la moquette est sale et le sol n'avait pas été aspiré correctement, bref, si vous n'êtes pas trop regardant, l'hôtel est situé à 15 minutes à pied de la vielle ville, et c'est assez direct. Nous n'avons pas eu beaucoup de contact mais le personnel est souriant. »

"Nous nous sommes retrouvés avec une amende de 100£ (+50£ de la part de la compagnie de location) car nous avons stationné 21 minutes sur le parking de l'hôtel (nous avions simplement fait le check in à l'accueil + déposé les valises dans la chambre). Rien ne nous a été demandé à l'accueil pourtant. C'est honteux !!!"

"Hotel tres bien situé, a mi chemin entre aeroport et centre d'edimbourg, a 3 min de l'arrêt de Tram Environnement calme, hotel tres bien insonorisé. La tranquillite, le confort propre et cher a l'image de la chaîne. Petit dejeuner excellent et superbe, copieux et genereux a l'image du pays. Une vraie belle decouverte et je reviendrai dans ce meme hotel lors d'un prochain sejour"
