Great vibe, location, space, aircon, water pressure, balcony, and the bed...oh the bed...it was magical. The only constructive criticism I'd have to offer is a better selection of beverages in the minibar. I would definitely stay here again!

The bed was amazingly comfortable. Loved my balcony, blackout drapes, water pressure, tye way the hotel smelled or rather didnt smell like anything unpleasant, and the soundproofing. Didnt love the lack of alcohol selections in the mini bar.

I find a vast difference in customer service when traveling to different countries and this hotel has exceptional customer service. The staff is always friendly and quick to meet whatever need that you have insofar as they are able to accommodate. The breakfast is delicious and service there is also amazing. I will be looking for Virgin properties to stay wherever we travel going forward.
