"Hôtel dramatique , 45 minutes pour avoir sa carte , une réceptions totalement incompétente , on ne trouve pas nos réservations, obligation de faire intervenir un manager . Pas de petit déjeuner à cause de travaux sans nous en avoir informé. Ménage pas fait dans la chambre pendant 2 jours Hôtel à FUIR "

"Grande chambre, très propre. Au calme. Bain et douche avec eau chaude instantannée. Personnel très bienveillant, à l'écoute des voyageurs. Piscine et sauna top. Petit-déjeuner varié et copieux. Et le grand plus: la localisation (grassmarket avec bars et restos à proximité, au pied du château)."
