"This room was clean, comfortable and in a perfect location. Literally walk out the door and you are in the most beautiful city. Restaurants right across the street. Easy to walk just about anywhere. I recommend this hotel."

"Overall I was quite happy with our stay at Point A. I’ll start off by saying the staff was wonderful and friendly and helpful. We loved our room and the bed was very comfortable. The location is great. Close to Haymarket and no more than a 15-20 min walk to all that Old & New Town Edinburgh has to offer. My one complaint that prevents me from 5 stars across the board is this. In other hotels I’ve stayed at in the UK, coffee and tea has either been available to hotel guests all day, or there has been a kettle in the room to make tea. After a day of sightseeing I wanted nothing more than to head back to my room and enjoy a cup of tea in front of the telly. Instead, I had to pay for tea in the lobby. Other than that one little thing, I’d stay at this hotel again the next time I’m in Edinburgh."
