It is the staff that made it different from other chain hotels. The hotel was comfortable and well located with a tube 4 mins away, lots of bars and restaurants and on a rainy day or after a tiring day you can even just sit at the bar in the hotel and have food there. It is open late hours when everything else closes. Lovely experience!! "Superior" double room is a bit cozy/cramped for 2 people; room "refresh" is by request. Its location makes it very walkable (short walk from the Haymarket train station) if you're in town to explore. Wifi is included and good. Breakfast buffet was good, if carb-heavy; lunch/dinner extremely limited so you're better off at one of the many restaurants in the area.
