I know some reviews mentioned the lack of hot water in the shower but that issue seems to be fixed - there was plenty of hot water and the water pressure is great. Nourriture exceptionnelle pour le petit déjeuner au market place, pour les autres repas, beaucoup de produits gâchés par leur cuisson. Le homard , par exemple, est caoutchouteux, les viandes telles que le poulet mais aussi les ragoûts ou effilochées; il n'y a pas de quoi casser les pinces de crabe ni l'ustensile adéquat pour les manger, ne parlons pas de la mayonnaise inexistante.... ou industrielle. On s'adapte avec le choix qu'il reste et il est large. Restaurant italien très bon, japonais acceptable : c'est plus pour le show que pour ce qu'il y a dans l'assiette. Le steak house : déco impressionnante et très bonnes viandes. Le Spa est magnifique. Check-in laborieux : on nous attribue la chambre d'un autre ! Check out désastreux : on veut nous facturer une prestation SPA alors que nous avions un voucher. Mais on reviendra peut-être une 4ème fois !"
