### Chalet 'Cortijo Luz De La Sierra' with Mountain Views, Private Pool and Wi-Fi

Located in Dúdar, this spacious 1,500 m² chalet welcomes up to 10 guests with 4 bedrooms and a comfortable living room. Guests will find a well-equipped shared kitchen, mountain views, private Wi-Fi, TV, barbecue, and fans. The living room features a ceiling fan, and there are two large portable fans available throughout the property. Upon request, a high chair and baby cot are available. There are two bathrooms, with one separate from the rest of the house.  
  
Outdoors, guests can enjoy two private covered terraces and a private outdoor pool, open from May to September. A separate outdoor shower with hot water provides a refreshing option after swimming. Beach towels are provided for guest convenience. The property offers six shared parking spaces, as well as street parking nearby. Events are not permitted. For entertainment, there is a pool table, ping-pong table, and a children’s play area, among other amenities.  
  
Please note: Two cameras monitor the entrance and outdoor areas; they only transmit live and do not record images or audio. The kitchen does not include an oven, and the microwave is not a grill model. Groups of young people under 25 are not allowed, and visits are not accepted. Pool use is reserved for registered guests only.
