Family-friendly vacation home in Drumheller
Enjoy approximately 2500 square feet of a open floor plan with a huge kitchen and a eating area. The home has several sitting areas with the most awesome view of the valley. The house is situated on a large lot facing east into the morning sun. It has two decks, one on front and a two tiered deck on the rear with BBQ along with outside security camera for Security Purposes. Walking into the front door puts you in one of two living room areas on the main floor and looking into a large kitchen with a 4 x 6 island with a sink and dishwasher. The floor is finished with Brazilian Cherry hardwood throughout most of the floor. The other sitting area is on the front of the house with three large windows to look in all directions of the valley. The main floor has a master bedroom and walk-in closet, as well as a large bathroom with a freestanding tub andwasher and dryer. Upstairs gives you two bedrooms, one being another large master bedroom with a walk-in closet and sitting area. The second room is also spacious and has a queen beds and sitting area. The bathroom possesses a double sink, vanity with mirror and a 4' shower. The basement is finished with 9' ceilings. There is 2 bedrooms both with queen beds. The family room is spacious and has a large flat screen TV with DVD. The bathroom downstairs is a three piece with a shower. There also is over 300 DVDs to View. This is a lovely, clean, well kept home that had lots of room for the group of us. The kitchen was very well stocked and the place had everything that we needed. It was a bit further from Drumheller than I realized but the view was great.

Great quiet location to return to after a busy day
Great property for a large group we had our 3 families there. Safe quiet community for kids to go play in the evening. East Cooley had a Sunday pancake breakfast but we had to run. Check out the local school museum, it needs your support & is worth going through. All in all a great location & property. The little things made such a BIG difference. Wine in fridge, salt pepper, condiments in fridge. Oh and baby gates & play pens too. Thanks Kathy

Perfect for a group
We had a great time with a group of 8 at this house, there is so much room! Everyone had their own private bedroom and the three bathrooms are a bonus. Of course the big kitchen is where we all gathered. The dining table is HUGE which was great for meals and games. Everything you need is there to prepare meals. We appreciated all of the outdoor seating as well. We will be back for sure!

Family Gathering
The house was spacious and accommodated our families from BC And SK. Plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was perfect with a large table for eating and playing games. Could use a good set of knives but we made do. The 3 washrooms were a plus! The large basement was a great place to watch a movie or play games after the kids went to bed. Overall we would stay here again. Thanks so much for accommodating us. Brenda Harris

Not happy with owner interaction.
House inside was clean. Lots of room for our group of 5 adults . Deck chairs and side tables outside were not cleaned. One propane tank for the bbq was empty and the attached one was less than 1/4 full. Bbq not cleaned. Bell TV not working. Owner did send 2 bottles of wine as an apology. But she wanted” us “ to contact her cleaning lady to clean deck, bring propane and contact Bell??? Really! And made sure we knew she spent 3 hours on the phone with Bell. Got 11 emails from her our first evening there,not really what I had in mind to be doing. The house has air conditioning,but we were told to shut it off when we leave the house for the day and shut it off for the night. It was 29 , when we were there. Understand things happen , just take ownership and get it fixed….we would have been happy with that.
