They were so helpful as well, we lost our phone/wallet in the taxi when we were on our way out and Sebastian at the front desk was so kind and helpful he messaged around and was able to get it back for us. Restaurant staff was so sweet as well resort is so gorgeous and private as well barely anyone there during our stay. Only complaint I have was towels were so old they had holes/ missing fabric and sometimes came dirty. Also they haven’t changed the name of the hotel to Esplendor yet it is still Hotel Beló and we spent a good 20 min trying to find it with the Taxi only to find out the name is different from the one on Expedia. Besides that we really enjoyed our stay! The staff really are amazing and kind! The property is shared duplex-style with the owners/hosts, but the configuration allows it to feel completely separate. The pool on the ground floor belongs entirely to the rental, and the rental spaces (3br 2ba) are on the 2nd floor with a common balcony overlooking the ocean and sweeping views of the coast. It's a stunning view.There is ample room for golf cart parking off-street, and there is private beach access, though the coast here is not swimmable. There is access down to the water/sand and is especially great for sunrise/sunset walks. The place is walking distance from several great restaurants (Mango and Isla Brewing Co, specifically). It's a 30min walk to Playa Norte.The place was fully stocked with potable water, towels, beach towels, all the soaps, tvs in every room (if that's your thing), microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, and room-specific A/C throughout. We used the kitchen daily for breakfasts and lunches, and everything we needed was there.The host Lisa is very responsive and helpful with everything from golf cart rental to scheduling a taxi.We had a great experience!" We had 3 dinners at home, and in general the kitchen is small, especially the sink, where an extra tub would have helped to wash dishes. Could not find someone to hire to clean after dinner. We would have given 5 stars if we had had a dishwasher. The beds were fine. In the 3rd floor master, balcony door loudly rattled in the wind, and the water pressure was intermittently feeble. As for the hosts they were welcoming but needed prodding to be useful, especially when we arrived and the pool was greenish. It took a couple of days to rectify.
