A special shoutout to Lalo at the swim-up bar—he makes the most delicious mixed drinks and is such a warm, friendly person! The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and we loved having 24-hour room service. The food was another highlight—both the Satay restaurant and the Brazilian restaurant were absolutely delicious. Check-in and check-out were quick and seamless, which made everything even more convenient. The hotel is also in a perfect location, close to everything, yet it truly has everything you need on-site—you really don’t have to go anywhere else. We would definitely stay at Privilege Aluxes again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Isla Mujeres! "

"Great location, convenient and clean. Very spacious rooms and staff was friendly and accommodating. Can be loud at night since right downtown and across from El Patio, but that comes with the territory! Bathrooms worked well - good water pressure, hot water and working toilet. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!"
