"This hotel should not advertise as a Wyndham property… It is misleading. The locals know this property to be Hotel Beló. Their signs even say that as well there were only two functioning restaurants with limited options that didn’t change over our five day stay. The AC in our room worked sporadically. They had to move us to another room to sleep one of the nights, their hot tubs, and Jacuzzis are above ground units that had black rings around them the pictures of their private beach make it seem like it spans further than it actually does, no one even went in the water there. Albert and Hugo deserve a shout out for their great customer service and friendliness. I feel like the staff knew that they had a subpar hotel they were working at, but made the best out of their situation. I will say that whatever fragrance they used in the hotel lobby was the best and most inviting thing I’ve ever smelled! I felt a little taken a back at our checkout process. They made us remain at the front desk while someone checked the room to make sure we didn’t take anything or destroy anything. I have never been asked to do that before."

"Goodness the views from this condo were amazing! We were very pleased with the location on the southern end of Isla. It was away from most of the congestion found near the local town centers. We rented a golf cart for the week through Mo the concierge. As well as received quotes he provided for some offshore excursions. As is with most properties there are usually some issues and we did have some. Fortunately, between Mo and Chuck (the owner) they were handled to our satisfaction. The roof top pool was beautiful in the evenings, and we took advantage several times. In the evenings the in-house restaurant provides live music and some basic fare of dinner items. We went from one end of the island to the other partaking of many dining, shopping and sightseeing spots. I would definitely recommend following the detailed email from Chuck outlining how to reach Isla from the airport in Cancun. Saved some dollars by utilizing his recommendations. You will be hounded at the airport by the transport companies. It helps if you already have your tickets arranged online for the transport back and forth from the airport to the ferry, And from the ferry to Isla and the return trips. One last thing exchange some pesos from your local bank before you take off. Provide your bank a couple of days to put together the quantity needed. You will be glad you did this the exchange rate fluctuates quite a bit. We are looking forward to another trip to Isla and definitely will be booking this condo!"

"Our stay at Casa Mimosa was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations.The house is beautiful, spacious, spotless, and perfect for families or larger groups. The pool was a favorite gathering place, and the location made it easy to enjoy everything Isla Mujeres has to offer. Most importantly, we always felt safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for.Miguel is one of the best care takers we've ever had. He arranged our transportation, helped with golf cart rentals, did our initial grocery shopping, checked on us throughout the week, helped us navigate road construction, and was always just a message away if we needed anything. His hospitality made our vacation completely stress-free.The private chef dinner him and his wife prepared for us on our last night was unforgettable. It was beautifully prepared, absolutely delicious, and the perfect way to end our trip.If you're considering Casa Mimosa, don't hesitate. We travel often, and this was one of the best vacation rental experiences we've ever had. Our family made memories we'll cherish forever, and we can't wait to come back."
