#### Swim with and learn about the lives of dolphins, manatees and sea lions at this interactive marine wildlife park.

Delight in the chance to play and communicate with friendly sea life at Dolphin Discovery Isla Mujeres. Tours at Dolphin Discovery Isla Mujeres happen in a series of seawater pools surrounded by a beautiful natural setting of pristine white sand and lush green palms. Choose from various tours, which range from simple interactions to more active experiences.

Visitors of all ages can take part in the fun activities of this popular attraction. The animals are trained and comfortable with both groups and individuals. The basic tour takes you to a submerged platform, where you’ll stand and get the chance to hug, kiss and shake the fin of a dolphin. Pose for souvenir photos and watch as the dolphins leap out of the pools, play with balls and perform acrobatics.

Experience the thrill of a dorsal tow, which is when you can hold onto the fins of two dolphins and glide across the water. Don’t miss the chance to try a foot push. This is when two dolphins will lift you out of the pool by your feet and make you walk on water. There are also possibilities to cuddle, feed and swim alongside manatees and sea lions.

In addition to the animal encounters, you’ll hear about things such as their behavioral characteristics and eating habits. The guides are specialists in marine wildlife and work diligently to create individual health plans for the animals. Out of the water, relax at the sea-facing pools and feast on a buffet of traditional Mexican fare.

Located on the west coast of Isla Mujeres, the attraction is a short drive from the island’s hotels. Golf carts are available for rent on the island and are a convenient way to get around. A free passenger ferry service departs twice a day from Playa Langosta, in Cancún’s Hotel Zone.
