"Great hotel would stay again "

"Perfect"

"The hotel is in a great area off Times Square so it is quiet from the noise of Times Square while super convenient. However, the walls are thin so if you have a noisy neighbor than well it is noisy. It is slightly older so the rooms and amenities are slightly dated. The size of the room is slightly bigger than normal for this area. I took a star off since I asked for specific housekeeping service and they didn't provide it."

"I highly recommend this hotel. We stayed for 4 nights. The service was impeccable. Staff is friendly and willing to help. The hotel is clean and walkable distance to restaurants. "

"We love the neighborhood and the hotel. The staff is great but the room was showing some signs of wear and tear. The seams in the wallpaper were pealing in some areas. The trim around the kitchenette had paint pealing. The fridge was a nice perk but froze everything before I realized it was turned up too high (or not working correctly). The bed and pillows are comfortable and clean and the climate control worked really well. Recommend that outlets/plugs or extension cords be added to both...

"The pool had to be closed early, as the shuttle driver had to go to the airport to pick up pilots. Upon return, the employee, named Carlos, apologized to us, and graciously re-opened the pool for us to swim. He went above and beyond his duty. He made us feel like friends, and told us he was happy to help in any way. A great employee!!!! All the staff was friendly and caring. Made our stay enjoyable."

"Enjoyed our stay. The first night, there was a party in the room next to ours and couldn’t sleep. Sent a message to front desk and in five minutes, it stopped. Thank you for what you did. Next morning, took a shower and the tub drain wasn’t draining properly. Mentioned to front desk manager and was fixed. Thank you. Beautiful room, nice pillows. Would love to stay again! Thanks so much. Everyone was so kind, too! "
