The staff was above and beyond helpful. It was our first time visiting and they gave us so much information. I enjoyed being greeted at the door and the elevator. It felt very friendly and personable. I highly recommend. The location is fantastic.

Great location, some construction going on- altered the front lobby but did not impact our stay. Very happy with the 2 bedroom suite, perfect for a family, did hear the TV from the room next to us while in the living room, but could not hear it in the bedroom. Staff was very nice and attentive. Would def stay there again. Store across the street is amazing. Multiple really good restaurants and parks close by.

Great hotel and location. We came for the wiggles concert and it was right outside our door. Rooms are so quiet. I was worried right across from the elevator but I heard nothing ! Staff is ultra friendly. You can tell they care a lot about the hotel and appearance. The bed was a little soft for me but that’s a preference thing.

The staff was helpful and accommodating. There were some maintenance issues with our room, but after talking with the manager everything was fixed and taken care of to our satisfaction. The location is excellent for access to the subway, Central Park, and a lot of sights and restaurants.

I liked the graciousness of the staff I encountered, the kitchenette we opted to pay extra to include in our room, and the hotel's great location. I didn't like that the lobby is under renovation, but we got no discount that I could see on that basis (no real lobby, more like a small bus terminal type of room on the second floor). Also, we weren't informed of the construction being done during our stay until several days before we arrived, although the management was surely aware of it long before our stay. I do think the hotel will be wonderful when the renovations are complete.
