This is a nice and quiet hotel. The staff are very nice. The breakfast is okay. The location is very good. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning works well. The bathtub for our room didn’t hold water, so only a shower would work. The bathroom sink is on the outside of the washroom, so depending on one’s situation that may not be the best set up. It was a good stay overall though!

My room was not ready upon check in. I waited in the lobby for an hour for my room to be cleaned. The staff was rude and unapologetic. I wasn't the only one waiting for rooms to get cleaned the lobby was full of customers with reservations waiting. We sat there and watched people walking in with no reservations getting rooms on the spot. It was ridiculous. The rooms need to be updated. I will definitely not be staying here again.

Kelseigh on the front desk was very nice. The rooms were clean and breakfast was good. The pool was in good shape. All in all a great stay! Would stay there again!

Staff extremely helpful. Breakfast - 1 day everything luke warm. Next day, same time, everything hot. Do away with the kind of bacon you are using - extremely thin, overcooked and very, very salty. Stay with the ham or find another supplier of real bacon.

Room was fine, but the AC struggled to keep it cool...I had it set to 60 (the lowest setting) and it barely kept the room at 70. Also, the rugs in the elevators were disgusting...given it's one of the first things a guest will see, it doesn't instill confidence that the room is going through be clean. I was happy to find it was clean. Breakfast was good...kudos to the attendant lady.

Very nice hotel. Easily accessible from St Hwy 81. Rooms are quite large, clean and quiet even though hotel seemed full. Parking was easy and convenient. Check in and check out was quick. Breakfast in the morning was very good with a big selection.

When we arrived we were given room on 6th floor ac did not work, person came to look at it got it going but could not guarantee it would stay working. Second room worked but only sporadically, tird room same but suffered through it. The so called manager mike was not helpful at all and was rude and dismissive not appreciated when the price was nearly 200 dollars for the night.
