The staff was phenominal. We stayed in a newly renovated room that was quiet and super clean. The breakfast was great! Sausages, eggs and bacon and waffles. The pool was a little chilly but clean. Loved our stay and would stay again.

The property may have been doing a bit of updates in one of the front areas. It was a bit of an eyesore to be the first thing to notice when you first walk in, lots of boards and materials. But It didn’t affect the room cleanliness, staff was pleasant and the Pool was a great temperature. Overall it was fair location and a simple hotel stay.

We had a hard time falling asleep due to the noise. We were 3 rooms away from the elevator and we couldn’t hear the elevator beeping all night. A person in the next room was coughing and you would think they were in your room. We had a king suite and thought it would be a little more luxurious. We won’t be staying at this property again when we travel back to Watertown.

I like that this location collects recyclables. They are in the midst of renovating the location and expect that the slightly aged property will improve. One correction I would like to see on my next stay, is coffee that isn't so weak that I cannot taste, well, coffee.
