The Space: The Room: The Curtis Park Club is a small boutique hotel located in the heart of RiNo, a vibrant neighborhood in Denver, Colorado. The Charming Cowboy is the second of nine rooms available in this picturesque space. The one bedroom, one bathroom room is accessible from the front exterior of the house. Inside of the room, guests will find a queen bed, breakfast area near the fireplace and TV, and full bathtub in the bathroom. Guests will find a charming seating area — for those who like to sit back and enjoy the moment next to the coffee bar. The Space: Upon entering through the front gate, guests will be immersed in the elegance of The Curtis Park Club. The front lawn is beautifully landscaped with lush greenery and communal areas for guests to eat a delicious lunch from a local eatery. Looking for outdoor adventure? It had everything we needed, including extra towels, shower products, a mini fridge, and microwave. The location was very convenient and was within short walking distance to multiple breweries and restaurants, as well as a small local market. I have dietary restrictions (gluten and dairy) and the market had options! I’ll only note that the property’s shared common area did not have a full kitchen available as I originally thought. The common area included a seating area and a beverage bar to brew tea or coffee. Property manager provided quick and easy communication. There were also issues with the heat in our room, which we were told by someone who works on the property that it was working fine when it’s blowing out cold air. They provided space heaters which is what we used to heat the room during our stay. Also advertised is parking. Parking was not offered To us which meant street parking and street parking around the property is almost impossible to find on the weekends. We also got a parking ticket for not moving our car every two hours. It would also be helpful to have plates and silverware in the room, there were none so we left two forks. Like I said overall I loved The property but there are somethings that should be addressed and taken care of. ##### Nikki B. The location was great, within walking distance of downtown Denver, lots of things to see and do. The house and rooms itself were so cute, they have a modern western theme to them. The fireplaces are nice and cozy in the winter. The hotel offered complementary pastries, yogurts, nutrition bar snacks and juices on Friday Saturday and Sunday. They also offered complimentary wine and Colorado beer daily, as well as cute little instant Polaroid cameras to use for making memories. I would definitely stay here again. Be careful with their new thermostats, they are very touchy and will lock you out if you set them too high or low, I had an issue with mine and the staff addressed it properly for me.
